Or bite into delicious “æbleskiver” (puffed apple pancakes) – a traditional christmas treat that all Danes give out at any social gathering through the holidays, and sip on hot glögg – the Danes’ take on the mulled wine served in our covered cozy backyard at the Danish Seamen’s Church on 102 Willow St.
The restaurant at Plymouth Church on 57 Orange Street will dish out Danish traditional fresh baked goods, a variety of open-faced sandwiches known as “smørrebrød”, and hot dogs. A tip – for an authentic Danish hot dog experience order your dog with everything!
